Adults Classes
Our style is rooted in tradition and discipline, training your mind and body together. Pushing you to your limit and perfecting techniques and their application. Classes are one hour and will develop your fitness, flexibility, focus, strength, coordination and reactions. Training will include: Kata - a series of choreographed moves to refine technique which were used as a secret way of practicing and passing on the knowledge from generation to generation; and Kumite - a range of sparring, takedowns and groundwork for self-defence.
